HOA Watering Reminder – Fernandina Beach

Due to current water shortage conditions, irrigation in Fernandina Beach is limited to one day per week under St. Johns River Water Management District rules. Homes with odd-numbered addresses may water on Saturday, and even-numbered addresses may water on Sunday.

Watering is not permitted between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., and the rules apply to all irrigation systems, including private wells. Please help conserve water and stay in compliance with local regulations.
