This notice has been posted on the property bulletin board this 20th day of June 2026, by order of the Board of Directors and in compliance with Florida Statute 720.303.

Note: The Board is seeking volunteers to serve on the various committees that make our community run. If you can spare time to help keep our community a friendly and beautiful place to live, please see any of the board members and we will sign you up. Currently we need members to serve on the Landscaping Committee, Social/Activities Committee, and we need a chairperson as well as members for the Architectural Review Committee.
